About Interfaith Community Services

Interfaith Community Services was founded in 1979 to address hunger and homelessness in North San Diego County. Today, we offer more than 75 programs to low income area families and individuals. Assistance programs include food, housing, employment, substance use disorder (detox), and many more.

Our mission, Helping People Help Themselves, is made possible through partnerships with diverse faith communities, community leaders, and people of compassion. Working together, we strive to change people’s lives and give them hope.

Amplified Impact is a Battle of the Bands fundraiser hosted by Interfaith that supports our local programs and the neighbors we serve. This high energy event showcases local talent while raising critical funds that directly benefit individuals and families in our community.

More than a music event, Amplified Impact brings the community together by connecting neighbors, organizations, and supporters around a shared purpose. Through music, education, and engagement, the event creates a space to raise awareness and generate crucial resources that help strengthen and support those in need.
